What is the charge for cleaning? $$
Regular Cleaning - $35.00 per hr (Usually a min 3hr)
Deep Cleaning & Construction Cleaning - $40.00 per hr

Do you have Insurance?
Columbia Valley Cleaning has:
Commercial liability insurance that covers both us and the clients we work for.
WCB Coverage is in full affect with all my employees.

Do I have to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
Columbia Valley Cleaning provides all of their own experiment and supplies. 90% of our cleaning products are natural.
Our main product is Simple Green - all natural detergent that we use in our water. We also have a degreaser and a descaler are necessary with the hard water and soap scum build up. We bring our own mops, vacuums and buckets and all of the other supplies that will help us get your home clean.

How do I pay for your service?
I accept CASH, CHEQUE or E-TRANSFER - Please make all cheques payable to Annaleis Schur
How do I Provide feedback or communicate my special requests?
We take pride in the good relationship we share with our customers!
Each client that is on my schedule will be provided with Request Cards that allow you to communicate easily to my staff if any items have been missed or you have any extra cleaning item requests for when we have extra time.

What is your cancellation Policy?
If it is necessary to cancel a cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
How do you access my home?
1. You meet me on your first cleaning schedule to let me in.
2. You may leave a key somewhere
3. Schedule to get a key or code to me prior to the cleaning appointment.

What are the appointment times available?
Monday through Thursday 8:30am till 5pm are our cleaning hours and I will always try to fit as much as I can within these hours.
